of the CSEA Contract RESOLUTION 10:18:04 - 1 RE: Ratification of the CSEA Contract Supervisor John Adams offers the following and moves its adoption: WHEREAS, Supervisor John Adams and Councilwoman Barbara Zulauf have negotiated a proposed collective bargaining agreement with Local 1000, Civil Service Employees Association for the time period of January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Town of Beekman employees who are members of Local 1000 have voted on and approved the proposed agreement; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Town of Beekman and Local 1000, CSEA effective January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2006, is hereby approved for execution by the Town Supervisor.

RESOLUTION 10:18:04 - 2 RE: Authorizing Attendance at Land Use Seminar Councilman Werner Stiegler offers the following and moves its adoption:
WHEREAS, this training session will be beneficial to our boards in providing them with information and strategic tools necessary to address critical land use issues within our town; and WHEREAS, there is no fee charged for the training session; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that members of the Town of Beekman Zoning Board, Planning Board and Conservation Advisory Council are hereby authorized to attend the Land Use Leaders Training and Certification Program.
RESOLUTION 10:18:04 - 3 RE: Authorizing the Supervisor to Sign Any and All Documents Associated With the Sale of the Poughquag Hamlet Water System to The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority Councilwoman Stella Slattery offers the following and moves its adoption: WHEREAS, an Agreement for Transfer of the Poughquag Water System has been made between the Town Board of the Town of Beekman and the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority on July 30, 2004; and WHEREAS, the transfer of the Water System will take place at the date of closing with an exchange of documents pursuant to the provisions as set forth by the Agreement; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized to sign the Execution of a Bill of Sale, easement documentation, assignment of easements currently held by the Town of Beekman and any other instruments of conveyance necessary in transferring all of the Town’s property rights in the Waster System to the Authority.
